Perigold is a digital marketplace with an expansive assortment of luxury home furnishings as part of Wayfair’s family of brands. For decades, the industry’s highest quality, original designs have been difficult to find without exclusive showroom access, Perigold’s aim was to change that.
The team brought me on to develop and implement a specific look and feel for their first-ever print catalog, where the content would bridge the gap between an inspirational magazine and a product-focused catalog. I worked with a wide-variety of cross-functional teams to produce not only the first catalog, but also a total of 14 additional catalogs to date.
During the process, we improved efficiency by 60%, and made a significant return on ad spend (91% net revenue after ad costs) over 120 days.
